Due to the state of emergency in several regions of the country, the Bank is considering applications from borrowers to defer payments on loans of legal entities and individuals with confirmation of deterioration in financial condition and/or damage as a result of floods.

An application for deferment with supporting documents about deterioration in financial condition and/or damage as a result of a state of emergency can be sent in the Altyn-I application (menu-support-other), or by email - info@altyn-i.kz, or by contacting to branches of the Bank.
