Decisions of the Asset and Liability Management Committee of Altyn Bank JSC (Subsidiary Bank of China Citic Bank Corporation Ltd), formalized by Minutes of the absentee meeting No. 167 dated November 4, 2025, as well as by the decision of the absentee meeting No. 186 dated December 2, 2025, approved the following:
