● The Bank reserves the right to process the client's payment order, received after 14:00 (Astana time), on the next business day. Additionally, the Bank reserves the right not to accept the client's payment order on Fridays after 15:00 (Astana time) in case of limited technical capabilities.
● The Bank reserves the right to provide a certificate for a client request received after 16:00 (Astana time) on the next business day.
● The client must notify the Bank at least 3 (three) business days in advance (unless otherwise agreed with the Bank) for cash withdrawals in KZT, USD, EUR, or GBP exceeding KZT 5 000 000, USD 50 000, EUR 10 000, or GBP 10 000. For RUB (Russian rubles) or CNY (Chinese yuan), any amount must be notified.
● For payment cards issued before May 1, 2018, under the "Standard" category, fees for cash withdrawals at ATMs and monthly maintenance are charged according to the approved tariffs of JSC "Altyn Bank" (DB China Citic Bank Corporation Ltd) for individuals on payment cards: Visa Classic, Visa Platinum, MasterCard Gold, MasterCard Standard, available on the website www.altynbank.kz
● For "VIP" category accounts, fees for services provided through Bank branches are charged according to the approved tariffs of JSC "Altyn Bank" (DB China Citic Bank Corporation Ltd) for individuals ("VIP" category), available on the website www.altyn-i.kz in the "STATUS" section.
