We would like to inform you about the introduction of a new commission for the formation of an account statement/card at a Bank branch.

Starting from May 15th, 2025, a fee of 1,500 tenge will be charged for receiving an account statement/card at a Bank branch.

At the same time, receiving a statement through the Bank's application remains free of charge.
