According to the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, from March 1, 2024, a single 5th time zone (UTC +5) will operate in the territory of Kazakhstan. The time will change 1 hour back in all regions except Mangistau, Atyrau, West Kazakhstan, Aktobe and Kyzylorda regions. During the transition to a new time on the night of February 29 from 23:00 to March 1 02:00 2024, interruptions in the Bank's services are possible.
