Altyn Bank JSC (SB of China CITIC Bank Corporation Ltd) (hereinafter - «Bank») hereby extends its respect to you and informs that, in accordance with the Law of the Republic Kazakhstan dated July 15, 2025 No.208- VIII “On Amendments and Additions to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan ‘On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget’ (Tax Code) and the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Implementation Thereof”, amendments have been made to the current Tariffs for legal entities regarding the imposition of VAT (16%) on the Bank’s financial services.

The amendments to the Tariffs were approved by the decision of the Bank’s Asset and Liability Management Committee (Protocol No. 180 dated November 27, 2025) and will take effect from January 1, 2026.
