JSC Altyn Bank (a subsidiary of China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited) (hereinafter referred to as the “Bank”) informs its customers about the possibility of submitting inquiries and complaints through the FinOtinish digital platform, established at the initiative of financial market participants with the support of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market.

FinOtinish is a unified digital platform designed to facilitate interaction between consumers of financial services and financial institutions. Through the platform, Altyn Bank customers can submit inquiries and complaints related to banking services, including disputes, and track the status of their submissions online.

How Does the Platform Work?

To submit an inquiry or complaint, customers need to visit https://finotinish.kz/, select Altyn Bank, and complete the relevant form. The submission will then be forwarded to the Bank for review.

If an issue cannot be resolved directly with the financial institution, the platform provides an option to refer the case to the Banking Ombudsman within the scope of their authority.

A Convenient and Transparent Way to Communicate

Use of the FinOtinish platform is voluntary and free of charge. The platform complements existing customer feedback channels and does not restrict customers’ rights to contact the Agency through the e-Otinish system, refer matters to the Banking Ombudsman, or seek legal recourse through the courts in accordance with applicable legislation.
