Working schedule and document acceptance process on December 31, 2025 will be as following:

• Clients service and cash services in the Branches will be open till 16:00.
• Payment documents in Tenge and foreign currency will be accepted till 14:00.
• Payment documents in Tenge and foreign currency received by the Bank after 14:00 will be processed on the next working day — on 5 of January 2026.
