Due to amendments to the Rules for the use of one-time pension payments (OTP) for improving housing conditions, pursuant to Order No. 116 of the Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 19, 2026, we inform you that as of April 17, 2026, the option for partial early repayment of mortgage housing loans using funds from the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund (UAPF) has been temporarily suspended.

Until this option is reinstated, you may make a partial or full early repayment of your loan using your own funds.

The date of service resumption will be announced additionally.
