Please be informed that effective from May 12, 2026, the option for partial early repayment of outstanding mortgage housing loans using UAPF funds has been restored.

In accordance with the amendments introduced to the Rules for the Use of Lump-Sum Pension Payments (LSPP) for housing improvement purposes under Order No. 116 of the Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 19, 2026, only the principal amount of the loan is eligible for repayment using LSPP funds.

Any accrued interest on the loan and other outstanding liabilities (if any) must be repaid using the client’s own funds on the date the funds are received from the UAPF.
