Herewith we inform that January 1 and 2, 2026 (inclusively) are public holidays and non-working days in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Consequently, the Bank will be closed for services during this period.
Please be informed that on December 31, 2025 Bank will operate as follows:
- Clients servicing and cash services in the Branches will be available till 4 p.m. (Astana time);
- Payment instructions in tenge and foreign currency*, applications for conversion, applications for placing deposits and other letters will be accepted until 13:00 (Astana time) through the Bank's branches/offices and until 14:00 (Astana time) through the "Altyn to business" Internet banking system.
*payment instructions in exotic currencies (AED, AUD, SEK, DKK, CNY, HKD, JPY, CAD, CHF) are accepted until December 26, 2025 (inclusively).
*payment instruction in currency RUB will be processed until December 29, 2025. Also, be informed, that the payment instructions in currency RUB will be processed from January 12, 2026.
Additionally please be informed that due to Christmas, payment instructions in currencies work in the following mode:
December 25, 2025 - USD operations are unavailable.
December 30, 2025 - January 12, 2026 - RUB operations are unavailable.
December 25 - 26, 2025 (inclusive) - Operations for GBP, EUR, AUD, HKD, CAD, CHF are unavailable. For CNY conversions, only standard rates will be available, and payment instructions will be processed in standard mode.
December 24 – 26, 31, 2025 (inclusive) – Operations for SEK, DKK are unavailable.
December 31, 2025 – JPY operations are unavailable.
Please pay attention that cash withdrawal operations dated December 30-31, 2025 for the amounts over KZT 3 000 000, USD 10 000, EUR 2 000, or equivalent in other currencies, will be provided based on requests submitted prior for 3 business days before the proposed cash withdrawal. In the absence of such request, Bank reserves the right to refuse in providing such operation or to apply additional fee.
Due to the year-end closing, we also kindly ask you to refrain from initiating payments with a future value date extending into 2026.
The Bank will charge monthly fees on December 29, 2025.
Internet banking statements for December 31, 2025 will be available during normal business hours.
Starting from January 5, 2026 the Bank will operate as usual.
We kindly ask you to coordinate your operating activities in accordance with above-mentioned information in order to avoid any delays in execution of payments and other services during New Year holidays.
