In accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors dated March 31, 2026, Mr. Yu Yousheng, a representative of the principal shareholder, China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited, has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board – Member of the Management Board of Altyn Bank JSC (a subsidiary of China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited). He assumed office on April 6.
Previously, Mr. Yu Yousheng served as Chief Financial Officer at Altyn Bank. In his new role, he will oversee the financial division.

I am confident that his appointment will further strengthen Altyn Bank’s position as one of the most reliable and dynamically developing banks in Kazakhstan” – said Chairman of the Management Board, Mr. Murat Baisynov.
Mr. Yu Yousheng graduated from Northwestern Polytechnical University with a degree in Accounting and holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Sun Yat-sen University.
He began his career in 2011 as a specialist in the Accounting Department of China CITIC Bank. Prior to his transfer to the subsidiary bank in Kazakhstan, he headed the Guangzhou Gaode branch of China CITIC Bank in the People’s Republic of China.
Mr. Yu Yousheng is also recognized as one of the top lecturers in management by the China Banking Association.
